Fortune's Q&A with Warren Buffett

This was filmed before the Berkshire Meeting. The topic is women in business, and the essay Buffett wrote about the topic HERE.

..........

Excerpt:

Warren Buffett: There are all kinds of people who are doing wonderful things for the country, and they aren’t all intellectual giants…People do their best. That’s what really counts. And a concern for other people.

Pattie Sellers: So what’s more important than brains?

Warren Buffett: Well, I would say character. Brains you’re born with. You elect to have the kind of character you want….There are a lot of things you can’t do anything about. It is the things you can do something about and where you elect the right road that I give people real credit for.
